Stephanie G. Garcia earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of the District of Columbia, David A. Clarke School of Law, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from California State University of Northridge.

While in law school, Stephanie participated in the appellate and post‑conviction clinic. She also gained practical agency and firm experience as a law clerk with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and a boutique family law practice. Stephanie is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
