Mia Zhao earned her Master of Laws in Business and Finance Law from The George Washington University Law School. She previously graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws in International Law.

Prior to joining Caitlin Robin & Associates, Mia worked across diverse commercial and liability defense practices, developing extensive experience in case management, eDiscovery, and substantive document review. She has managed large-scale discovery workflows, coordinated fact investigations, and prepared essential evidentiary materials and motion papers for depositions, hearings, and trials.

Mia is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She also holds the PRC Legal Professional Qualification and is fluent in Mandarin.
