Mayank Dahiya is an Associate Attorney who handles a wide variety of cases including civil rights claims, personal injury actions, and nursing home defense.

Mayank graduated from Hofstra University Law School in 2023 and joined the Queens County District Attorney’s Office as an ADA after graduation. While at the Queens DA’s office, Mayank developed his litigation and investigation skills and handled a high volume of cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felony matters carrying these cases through all phases of investigation and prosecution.

During Law School, Mayank served as a Judicial Extern for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, where he researched and drafted memoranda on various civil matters and developed his legal writing skills. 

Mayank is an active member of SAICBA-Q and is admitted to practice in NY.
