Kyle Allen is an attorney dedicated to delivering strategic, thoughtful, and results-driven legal counsel. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rowan University, graduating with a B.A. in Political Science, and later received his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, where he cultivated a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and business law.

During his time in law school, Mr. Allen served in prominent leadership roles within the American Bar Association Business Law Section, Young Lawyers Committee. He was appointed Law School Subcommittee Chairman, leading efforts to support and advance law student engagement within the Business Law Section. He currently serves as the Communications and Technology Subcommittee Chairman, where he oversees initiatives focused on legal innovation, digital communication strategy, and the evolving role of technology in the legal profession.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Allen is deeply committed to community service and youth mentorship. He devotes his personal time to supporting youth-focused programming and outreach, and values the importance of leadership, guidance, and opportunity for the next generation.

Outside of his professional and civic endeavors, Mr. Allen enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his children and their golden doodle.

Mr. Allen is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
