Nikhil Vasthare graduated from the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Finance, with a minor in Communication, in 2020. He attended New York Law School and graduated in 2024.

During law school, Nikhil worked as a student attorney at the New York Law School Patent Law Clinic, and was a member of the Innovation Center for Law and Technology. Nikhil is admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
